Who Is Management IQ, LLC?
Management IQ, LLC (MIQ) provides integrated management solutions to organizations seeking performance excellence.
We are a small, woman owned consulting company based in Taos and Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. We are located in a HUBZone (historically underutilized business zone) as designated by the Small Business Administration. Our core competencies are strategic planning and performance improvement. We offer technical services in our core competencies to local, state, and national clienteles. We work closely with each client to identify points of leverage to enhance organizational performance.
We use assessment tools such as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria and ISO 9000 Standards to diagnose organizational health and functioning. MIQ help organizations implement new and improved processes, often using teams composed of employees from your organization.
MIQ associates include national quality examiners and certified ISO 9001:2000 auditors.
Owner Profile:Sherry led Lockheed Houston to receipt of NASA's highest award for quality and productivity in 1989, and served as NASA's consultant to revise the award criteria. She has lectured at the National Institute of Standards Technology, home of the Malcolm Baldrige Award; the World Quality Congress in Guatemala; and the American Society of Quality Control. Sherry is a founding contributor to MBNQA with a B.S. Industrial Engineering and Masters, Business Administration. She teaches at the UNM Anderson School of Management in the MBA Program, and through the UNM Management Development Center. She is a lead examiner for the Robert W.
