Our Team:  Each of our facilitators has over 15 years of facilitation experience.  We have selected our pool of facilitators for breadth and depth of relevant experience.  Our diversity of skill sets and working styles ensures the right fit for groups of varying levels, needs, and topics.

Sherry Prud’homme’s masterful ability to see the “big picture” and her aerospace background enables effective facilitation of technical and non-technical groups of all sizes.  As a former Lt. Col in the USAF, Dawn Reed understands the challenges and unique characteristics of the government arena.  Maggie Seeley facilitates to catalyze the intelligence and resources of others, to synthesize the views and feelings of the group and to create inspiring and productive work environments.  Kevin Griffin helps clients develop and implement tools for systematic improvement.
